Billionaire kidnapper: Evans’ father files affidavit in support of son against IGP, 3 others

Stephen Onwumadike, the father of notorious kidnap kingpin, Chukwudubem a.k.a Evans has also filed a 27 paragraph affidavit in support of his son’s suit against the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Idris Ibrahim and three others.
Recall that the kidnap kingpin had yesterday, filed a fundamental human rights lawsuit against the IGP and three others over his continued detention by the security operatives since his arrest on June 10th.
He argued that his son had not been granted fair hearing in any court and is now being judged by the reports published by the media.






Evans’s father added that since his son’s arrest, all his family members have been denied access to him while media practitioners have been granted unhindered access to him.


The court is yet to assign a judge to the case and also fix a date for hearing
